H1 B Transfer Need advice Urgent.....

Hi Experts,

Could some one help me figuring this out ? As my Present company is going out of business. They had given a time frame of 2 months so that I can Transfer my H1 to some other company. How should I go about it ?

I am working with company A from past 8 months and the project is till the month of April, I have all the paystubs with me But the the only factor is that there are 2 layers through whom I got this Job so will it affect my H1 B transfer process ? ( I have my present H1 B valid till 2011, )

As long as you are in status and have been getting paid all these months, you should be fine with your H1 transfer. I don't see any problem here.
