An idea..Why don't you try calling USCIS customer service, and ask the same question? (I had caleld about 13:00 and I was on wait for 5-10 mins..choose the option that you don't have receipt#, only then they will take you to customer service rep)..

No, it is not wrong or illegal. You are making an express promise to two companies to join them and they could drag you to court if they wish.

yes, these both are real/legitimate jobs.

problem is RFE was received when filed thru the first company, and dont kno waht will happen to that, so dont want to loose the other opportunity also.
just checking if it is legal to try for 2 H1B transfer at the same time
