Hi Friends
I Got Approval and Papers for H1B.
I would like to attend the Embassy in MUmbai by next week.
Please suggest me is it the right time or not to get stamped.
I heard they are putting queries for most of the cases.
I am worrying about the stamping, rest are very good, I have a job in USA and I am looking forward to go there asap.
Please suggest me....

Stamping Delayed in India

Hi,

I have had 2 freinds who had gone back to India and when they went for their H1 stamping, the consulae kept them waiting for about 4 months now. They are yet to get their visa stamped, so as of now they cannot travel back.
Heard more people saying the same thing (that the mebassy is delaying them), but m not sure.
The reason I am being told is that delays will force companies here to hire US citizens and reduce the immigrant work force.

Worried now if I should worry about going back, bcoz Visa is not stamped.

There is no such thing, it is all rumour.
There is more scrutiny for consultants because of their benching treatment, but if you have a project and get paid all times, there should be no problem.
