Hi all,
Hope you remember my case ( H4 Visa..221(g) blue form issued at chennai on 19th feb 09).
Can somebody please tell me if it is legal to run backwages, if so till what period?
Coz in my husband's company the payroll is handled by "Paychex" company. when my husband contacted his employer and asked him to provide payslips from may to sept 08 by running the back wages , the employer is trying to escape by saying that the "Paychex" company cannot run backwages.
So can some one please tell me if there is a provision for running backwags (especially by Paychex company)) and for how many months can it be done?
Its really important. Any information in this regard is more than welcome.
