i am in my 8th year of h1 status.i renewed my h1 so far every year & i have my i 485 approved and pending & my h1 is expiring in april..do i need to renew my h1 as my ead is approved till novemeber 2010..

---- If you wnat your H1 you extend if. How is it that you are extending your h1 by 1 year if you have a I-140 approved.
