Hi,
I am currently on H1 in US since 3 months. My husband got his GC just a week before our wedding. Now I have three queries:

1. Do we have to get married officially in US or is the marriage certificate issued in India valid?
2. Can we file for a family based GC now or do we have to wait for sometime before filing for the GC.
3. Can my husband file for tax returns and include my name as his spouse?
