Hi
I am currently in India.Please help me with few quesries of mine as mentioned below.I currently have an L1 and am planning to apply for new H1 this year.My L1 is going to expire in August.I have following questions
1) If my H1 gets approved and if I try to extend my L1 or get a new L1 from my current employer will there be any issues or any impact on H1.Also can approved H1 can cause any issues with new L1.
2) While having both H1 and L1 and going to US can I come on L1 and work here till the market improves.Can I switch over to my approved H1 from L1 while I am in US.
