I am on H1B and my visa is getting expire on March 31, 2009. But as per my I-94 expiry date is April 10, 2009.
So can some one pls answer my below queries
a. Can I stay here in U.S. upto April 10, 2009?
b. If I try to initiate my H1B visa transfer and extension now to another employer through Premium process, will I get that? How much time
it will take for this process? Would they consider my Visa expiry date or I-94 date as a final date to do this transfer?
c. If I get my recipt then Shall I consider that my transfer/extension got approved?
