H1 transfer from India

I am on H1 B visa, My H1 Visa (on passport) is valid till May 31,2008.
I have I-797 B and I-94 valid till May 2011 from Company A.
I am currently in US and will be going to India next month.
I am planning to shift to company B in India.
Is it possible for company B to transfer my H1 B from India?
