H4 Travel to India

Spouse and kid traveling to India in April 2009 and they will return by end of April 2009

They have
Visa validity till Sept 2009
Old I94 valid till Sept 2009

I've changed my employer in Sept 2007. I got new H1 valid from Sept 2007 to Sept 2010
I did H4 extension and
H4 (I539) is valid from Sept 2009 to Sept 2010
New I94 is valid from Sept 2009 to Sept 2010


My questions are

1. Do they have to go for Visa? They have old employer name on their VISA.
I guess no need to go but just to confirm.

2. Which I94 to be hand over
Old – Valid till Sept 2009 or
New -- Valid from Sept 2009 to Sept 2010 or
BOTH

3. Spouse first name spelled incorrectly in H4 I539 (1 letter mistake out of 15 letters). Would that be a problem while returning to US at POE?
