    Can we trabsfer H1 even before we can start working for the sponsor

    Hi,
    If my H1 is sponsored by one company and it gets approved.....Can i transfer that H1 to other company even before i can start working for the first company and get pay stubs from them?

    Depends on if the H1b status is active or not.

      The h1B is not active....i mean i have not yet started working on that H-1.

        Read the sticky thread. Work does not "activate" a H1b. If it was a COS, it is active.
