Do i need transit visa? please reply

Hi all,
I came on F1 finished my MS and changed to opt and got my H1B visa approved last year( 2008) i have a valid I-797 form and also currently working at some xxx client (i have all geniune documents ), so i am planning to visit india in april '09 and get my H1B stamped. AS i am from hyderabad i am planning to attend interview at Hyderabad consulate. Also do i need any transit visa while going to India (going via frankfurt). One more last thing to ask you, have any of you heard any news saying deporting back to india.
please help me guys....i 'm soo worried about my india trip

No transit visa required for Frankfurt, but you can just google and find it. (I had a valid US visa when I transited thr Frankfurt once. But they never checked that.)

If you have a legitimate employer and legitimate job you need not worry.
