Deporting back to India how far is it true?

Don't worry, it seems to be a rumor. You should not worry if your case is legitimate and you have documents to prove it.

Seems like a person with a non-immigrant visa is the case posted below. Every non-immigrant visa holder has to prove/overcome the burden of immigrant intent when they appear for a visa and at the POE or risk being sent back. This has been the norm for a long time.

It is not clearly mentioned what visa the person had and if there were any over stays in the past. A POE officer just turning back someone and asking them to enter with a new visa seems wierd. There should be more to the case than this.

first of all thanks for your replies.
Next thing is i am on H1B and going to india this April and needs stamping to be done in Hyd. This is the first time i am going for stamping actually i entered USA on F1 visa then OPT then H1B approved and going to India.
If you still need info plz let me know.

**** **** **** **** Yes it's true, POE people are deporting lots of Indians (specially Indians).. my indian 18GF's and each of her ex 10BF's (Indians) deported just before 5days... belive me... before they deporting me I am now moving in Canada on GC of Canada immigration PR visa... Are you not Belive in my post... then dont belive in any gossip..... Remember it's not easy to Deporting any person if she/he have enough documents for enter into USA... might be some fraud documents or jobs created consultancy persone deported or may be they will deporting in future... I travel 7 times in india, UK, Germany for my marketing related works with my H1B 6years stay into USA, I just travel last month to india there is no probs at POE. dontworry if u have enough docs and secure job then you will travel without any tension...

Looking at your English language, I think, it's quite obvious that you do not work for any org of repute in the US. U also seemed to work for a shady employer or have a business that has shady practices.

i know a friend, who came back this sunday from india. He has even gone for stamping (visa transfered recently). Point to note is, he's working fulltime for a company. If anybody working for consultancy has returned back, please let all know in this forum.

Thanks for your reply and before commenting on others you first try to correct your english, you are not an english language God right, so please answer the questions that have been posted rather commenting on others and stop your rubbish comments. Treat this as a warning or whatever you wish. The way you answered seems to be truely and completely unprofessional , so bottom line is you first try to be professional then comment on others. Do you what company i work for if you know you will keep your mouth shut.
