H1 Filed! confirmation?

Hello..
My employer is going to file H1B for this year. How can I know that he really has filed my H1B?
Last year some employers didnt file H1B and said to the employees that their H1 didnt get picked in lottery.

How can I get the confirmation that my application is there at USCIS?

If you cant trust your employer with this, how can you trust your career with them later on?

Ask them for copies of all documentation, including LCA.
