Port Of Entry

Hello All

Thanks for all the people here ,Helping in resolve many immigration Issues..

I would like to know what they really expect at US P.O.E ( Port Of Entry ) ?

What are the documents that we should carry along with us?

Will it be a problem to any H1B holder ,If he happens to stay in US more than 6 months ? In such case what he has to carry in addition to convince the Immigration Officer?( He wud nt be having paystubs in such case , So what should he say ?)

Is it compulsary to have a client letter to enter after long time ?

What are you entering for? If you have an employer and are entering to work on a H1b and will be paid from day 1 on your status, you are fine.
