H1 B Visa status

Am in H1-B visa.Currently am in maternity leave from last 2 months. my leave will got over in next 3 weeks. But i may loose my job by the time am suppose to return to work. in this situation
1. What will happen to my H1-B visa status.
2. My husband is on L1-A visa. how soon i need to transfer my visa status to L2 to stay in US.
3. If i get transfer to L2 visa what will happen to my H1-B visa
4. and if iget another employeer after 2 or 3 months can i get transfer H1-B again
