    Error in form I129 and I94

    I am here in USA in h1 visa. My Visa got expired on feb 2009. I got my H1 extension approved in feb2009. But in my petition [I129] and the new I94 ,my Date of birth is incorrect.
    i am traveling India in April 2009 and plan to get my visa stamped.
    Will it will create a problem in my stamping??
    please respond asap.
