I have a doubt in DS156 application.I am going for H1 visa .I would like to know whether we should write the name of the employer in usa or present employer in india?the question is "name and address of present employer or school"

-- Present employer of india. in DS156 section 24 & 25 you have to show US residance address which is provided by your employer or your relatives.
