Hi All,
i would like to know how the H1b stamping are happening these days in mexico or bahamas ? any one had H1stamp recenetly from bahamas?
actually i have valid visa and until sep 2009 but i changed the company 2yrs back I797 is valid until may 10,but i never gone for stamping for new company, Could you please guys guide me wht's the procedure in bahamas ? wht typical i should expect in the interview ? wht would be my ideal answer if they ask me why i didn't go for staming since 2yrs with new company..mean while i went to india twice no one stopped me at POE i have just shown my 797..
