COS h4 to h1 while i539 is pending

Hi,
I had my H1 and work for a while on that. with the recent downfall, my employer cancelled my H1 in end of feb and I filed COS I-539 to go from H1 to H4. The cOS is still in pending status.
in the meantime, I have got one project and the employer is ready to do my H1. what happens in this case? I know that i'm not subjected to the lottery, but how much time does it take to get a new H1 and will the pending status on COS-i539 affect the H1 process?

Pls advice me at the earliest.

The employer can file for a H1b again using PP and see if the "EOS" gets approved. Read about "bridging" on the forum using the search function. For the bridging to work, all petitions in between should get approved.

You can get a H1b stamp or travel and enter using the approval of the new employer and begin work immediately if you want it quicker.
