H1B Transfer without paystubs

I have a question regarding H1B transfer.

I am currently in India and have a valid H1B petition and visa from "company A" but I have never travelled to USA on this visa yet.

My questions are..

1) Can I do H1B transfer to "company B" without Paystubs of Company A? (I do not heve SSN number yet)
2) Can I do H1B transfer while I am in India or do I have to be in USA to do H1B transfer ?
3) If my H1B transfer is approved, can I come to USA on Visa of "company A" or do I have to go for Stamping again with Company B documents ?
