B1 Visa on existing H1

My H1 was renewed recently and visa stamped, I am now in India. I wanted to know, if a new company files my B1 visa, does it effect my active H1? or both visas will be active?? Please advise, appreciate immediate reply.

Visa officer may or may not cancel the previous stamp, but if the petitioning employer does not cancel H1 petition, it remains active. But, if you enter using B visa you cannot work. Also, irrespective of petition, once you are cap counted you will not be subject to lottery again until you finish 6 years in H1 status.
