H4 Visa Stamping

My wife is going for H4 visa stamping this month end in India.

She was in US from 2007 Sep to 2009 Feb on different visas.

First she was on L2 visa from 2007 Sep till 2008 June 15th (June15th L2 visa expired). After that becoz of my employer negligence unknowingly her status went out of status.

My employer filed for H4 visa on June 24th (receipt date) and it got approved for the dates Aug20th 2008 - October 2010.

Do you guys think it will be a problem when she goes for stamping in India?
WHat she can say if consular officer ask about out of status?

Pls help.

--- Considering the relatively short period of time in which she was out of status, she should be fine. She should tell the truth when asked about the out of status period. Other than that, with all the required documentation for an H4 visa and lots of confidence, she should get the visa without any problems till Oct 2010.
