Hi
Right now i am on H4 and i am thinking to apply for H1.
1. While browsing these forums i came to know that even if my H1 gets approved i can still stay on H4 till i get a job. After getting a job i can switch to H1. But i could not understand this COS concept fully. I asked my employer but he is saying , nothing is there like COS concept.
2. If this COS concept is there, do i need to mention anything while submitting my H1 petition.
