    Travelling with old H4

    I'm on H1 and recently changed jobs. My wife is in India with H4 stamp from old company. Can she travel with the old stamp ?

      Can she travel before the new I-797 is approved ?

        She can. Send your receipt. However, her I-94 might expire much earlier than yours based on the visa stamp.
