Can i know if my H1B terminated or not through Freedom Of Info Act(FOIA)(Urgent Help)

Hello there,

i just want to know "whether my employer has terminated/revoked my H1B or not" through Freedom Of Information Act.

If it is possible, can i do it myself or do i need to approach any lawyer?

If i can do it myself can you let me know how ?

If the employer tells you they have terminated, they have no reason to lie about it, so you can believe them. Remember, you are cap counted and until you finish 6 years in H1 status, another employer can file for you. You have not lost your H1 claim, but you have to leave the country if H1 is terminated and not transferred to another employer.
