Multiple H1b ~ Transfer

Last year i applied for H1b thru 2 companies and i got both approved. I got my H1b stamped through 1 of those companies and i am in US now for 4 months now. Now if the company whose h1 i have stamped is terminating my H1B what are my chances of staying in US with the other approved H1b. How can i continue to work in US using my other H1b?

Have you been in status for all the 4 months and getting paid?

No i was not paid as i was on bench

You are out of status then. Complain to DOL on a WH4 form. Your employer needs to pay you for every day and also your return ticket to home country. Get that from them, return to home country.

When you have a "real" project, plan on entering US. It is NOT ok to violate the laws pertaining to H1b.
