Hello all,
I am sure this question has been posted earlier, couldn't find it in discussion forums, if possible redirect me to an appropriate thread.
I am on my second term of H1, though i don't have my Visa but have proper renewal documents. My wife is currently doing her masters on H4. There is some possibility that she might get assistantship starting from summer term. I was planning on getting her visa converted to F1 and at the same time renew my H1 preferably at Vancouver as i have been there before.
Has anybody been to Vancouver or any other American consulate in Canada recently for H4 - F1 conversion? Does anybody see any problems with doing this?
