H1b / OPT Extension validity

Hi, i was on F1 before and in october 2008 i received i 797 approval for h1b.

Now on F1, student visa i received opt extension which is valid till August 2009.
But i already received I 797 approval in October 2008 so i am on H1-b.

Q1- So my question is can i still work under OPT's EAD card till august 2009?

Q2- If i work for different employers using OPT card till august 2009 will i violate any rules or my h1-b?

Q3- If i work for different employer using OPT CARD and after august 2009 i will work for my employer only , can this be possible and valid?

--- Your questions are unclear. What do you mean by "you got an OPT extension till Aug 2009" and please clarify Question 3.

If you are currently on H1B (since Oct 1, 2008), then your OPT ceases to exist. You cannot move back and forth between H1B and OPT.

Your OPT and F1 status is invalid from Oct 1, 2008, you have to report this to your school and work for H1 employer and get paid.
