Hi,
I got my H1 transfered from Comp A to B and want to do H4 transfer/extension for my wife whoes old VISA is expiring in sep 2009.

We recently visited India and she got sep 2009 on her I 94 based on her old VISA of previous company A.

I would like to know what are the steps to transfer/extend her H4 to comp B?

Please share the detailed steps.

Can I do it myself ?

--- Send your wife's passport copy, I-94 and a copy of your I-797 (Company B) to your attorney and ask him to file for an H4 transfer based on your I-797.
