Hello,
This email is regarding the query for my husbands H1b approval. My husband got his approval from a company and just we were going to get the stamping done but we came to know that it is into some legal problems and so will surely get rejected. We also tried to transfer his approval to other company but some say its possible and some say its not. What are your views? And what is our fault? He has also got his INS number only stamping is pending.
Its my humble request to you to guide me what to do and if we get the visa also is it viable to got to USA at this moment when we have heard that there are no jobs?
