My employer has canceled my H1B because I was not on the project and my I-485 is in process. I received H1B cancellation notice from USCIS last week. Now, I found a project and same company is ready to refile my H1B.
1. Will I have any problem with H1B approval? I have pay stub until last month i.e. March 2009.
2. I have filed for my EAD renewal on 10 March 2009. Will I have problem with EAD renewal?
Please suggest I am much worried.
