Confused about DS 156
Hello. I am married to a nurse being petitioned by a hospital but because of retrogression, her papers are not moving. She got another job offer this time with an H1 visa. In filling up the DS 156, am I considered as being petitioned too or it is just my wife and I am a dependent. We are confused on how to fill up the form. Thanks
