You have violated several laws. You are considered out of status and all work for B is considered unauthorized. You are in for some big trouble in the future if not at the POE.

A H1b portability application from you is considered fraudulent as you were clearly NOT in status at the time of application. But you chose to work for the new employer. Your entry is risky and if you get past that stage, your GC is definitely very risky as your out of status and unauthorized work may haunt you later on.
