Suggestions for acquiring multiple H1-B

Hi,
I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me about multiple H1-Bs.
I currently have a H1-B through a university (non-quota category). Can I simultaneously get a second H1-B from a company if they are ready to sponsor me ?
1 - Could someone please explain to me the steps to go about acquiring multiple H1-B ?
2 - Are there any concerns in obtaining multiple H1-B ?
3 - Are there any particular restrictions or criteria that I have will have to meet to maintain both the H1-Bs, such as maximum weekly hours 40/week etc ?

1. Yes
2. Nothing special. Have the sponsor file for a non-exempt H1b.
3. Each H1b is independent as such.
4. If you plan on working for both of them at the same time, the H1b needs to be filed as concurrent. Any immigration lawyer or paralegal will know how t do it.
