I am (H1B) hoping to visit Jamaica with my wife (Green card) but would need to get my visa stamped before I reenter the country. I was not sure If I would be able to do that at the Kingston consulate. I was hoping someone on this forum had been to the Kingston consulate and could provide some advice. Thanks
