Regarding H1B Transfer

Hi,

Companies involved in this discussion: A, B and C

A - My employer. This is a consulting firm.
B - The one I work for, thru company 'A'.
This is a corp-to-corp based position.
C - New one. These are planning to offer me a
fulltime job.

Last month, I have applied for H1B thru consulting company 'A'. Recently received the receipt.

Please note I have signed three documents: I-9, LCA and W4, with company A.


Now what options I have to start working gracefully for company 'C'?

Read about bridging on the forum. I am assuming you already started working for A as you talk about I-9.
