i got receipt number for 2010 H1B. when will i know that my application got approved? do i need to wait till september or october?

how much time it generally takes.now its two months since my status was last updated on the uscis website.

when did u apply?

i applied in the second week of april and they send a query in jun. i responded to them in july and waiting for future update.
