I'd like to ask about my situation.
I tried to look into this in the FAQ but since this is specific, I'd rather send this inquiry directly and thanks in advance for your help.
- Company A here hired me as H1b worker, I arrived last Feb 22, with the situation, they are giving me a 3months time to search for a C2C contract job, if none, they want me to go home for now.
- Company B just came along and wanted me for h1b transfer and here are my questions:
`1- Is it ok if Company B informs ahead to Company A that they want me for H1b transfer?
(Scenario: I signed a non-compete agreement, Company B manager wants me to inform ahead Company A on this matter in a legal way before they start processing my transfer)
2- I don't have a paystub since it was just 2months stay for me to-date, is this ok for H1b transfer filing?
3- What is the leadtime for H1b transfer?
4- What are the pros and cons?
