H1B Transfer..Querynot found in FAQ..

I have one query:
I am working with Employer A, Employer B offer me job but I am still not ready to Join employer B.
Still working for Employer A.
Query is Employer B can Tranfer my H1B without submiting my I797B? because I am not ready to join Employer B, I have some doubt about Employer B.

Your question isn't making much sense. Employer B needs your proof of H1b to file for a transfer. There is no obligation to join employer B even if the transfer goes through and you can continue working for A.

-- No, he don't know any information regarding my Date of Birth, he don't know my full name even, I never send any information about passport , petetion details. but he told me he already start h1b transfer with his company.. may be he is lying and may be he don't have any h1b holders so he wants some h1b holders so, he is doing like this?
I don't want transfer with that guy. please if possible what to do? how to know he already send my h1b transfer to USCIS or may I stop it if he start process of transfer without informing me.. that guy have desi consultacy firm..
