H-1 B Renewal and Stamping Help

Hello Senior Members and Everyone,

I am new to this Forum and I would apreciate help from someone. I have applied my H-1 renewal after 3 years of my H-1 visa which is expiring this september. If I get my H-1 renewal approved, Can i get stamping in canada or mexico now. I am hearing rumours that I have to go to India for that Is it true?????
