H1b 2010 approved but want to transfer

I worked for a company A in my OPT and they filed my H1b and it was approved for Oct 2009.

But now I'm working for another comp B in my OPT (it is still valid till october).

Definitely i have to tranfre my H1 to company B but someone said that I have to work for comp A for 2 weeks and get pay stub. Is it true? i know you need paystub if you are on h1b status. because I'm still on OPT and and changed my employer leagally. How can I go to my previous employer A and ask for paystub? If not can't I get H1 for my new or another employer in future at all?

You need not 'transfer', your new employer can file a new cap exempt petition for you before October 1 and you can continue with them.
If new petition is not filed, you have to work for first employer from October 1 since you are not longer F1 from that date, and then the second employer needs to file a 'transfer' and you will need to show that you were paid by the first employer from October 1.
