H1B extension

I have got my H1B more than a year back, but due to some reasons couldn't go to US on my H1B VISA. Now my visa will get expire in coming 4 months time.

Is there any way getting my H1B VISA renewed.

I am ready to go to US temporary (A week or 2 week).

Pls suggest me...

The employer can extend the petition and there is no need to do that as you can use the remainder portion of H1b anytime. Read the FAQs. Entering on H1b without the intent to work is fraud. Do not enter and there is no reason to do that as H1b can be extended anytime as long as you have not used the 6 years.
