Need help

I got my H1 visa in 2007.
came to this country with husband who is on h4
our 10yr old daughter in india
My 1st empployer could not get me a job.
So i transfered my H1 to 2nd company
1st employer revoked my H1
transfer of H1 to 2nd employer has lot of queries and not yet approved. But i m working & my payroll is run by 2nd employer.
Also paid tax this year
Now our daughter is coming on 10th (she is having valid H4 visa till aug. 2010)
Will she face problems in immigration as my 2nd h1 is not yet approved and 1st is already revoked.

Please help me... will she face problem when she gets down at US airport?????
