Do I need stamp visa again

I came to USA on h1b of company A visa, visa and petition valid till 01 OCT 2009.
Trasfered my h1b to company B, petition valid till Oct 2010.

Now I am planning to go to india in aug 1 2009, coming back on aug 20, 2009.

My question is -
1) Do I need to stamp visa as I changed from company A to B? and
2) Do I need to stamp visa as its expiring on oct 01, 2009, and we just have one month of valid visa?
3) Are there any rejection at mumbai conulate if i want to get H1B visa stamp?

---- Yes, there will be rejections of visa stamping, but that should not diminish your confidence. If you want to go for a visa stamp you cna do so. To be on the safe side, there is no need for you to go for a visa stamp as you have a valid visa
