H1 help (very urgent)

Hi all ,I did my masters in US and got a h1b FY2009,i had to go back to india last year,i want to return to USA and my employer says he would not give my
H1b documents to me,i dont know whether he revoked my H1b or not,if not revoked can i apply one more H1b petition with a different employer.i even do not have a photo copy of my H1b.i did not get my Visa stamping done too.

1) What can i do to get my H1 b documents back (can DOL help me)
2) Can i apply for a new H1b if my H1b is not revoked(can i apply in Master's quota)
3) what are the chances that i would get my H1b stamped if my old employer gives my i-797,(its been 1 year i left USA).

Could you please help me

Ask your employer whether your h1b is revoked or not. If employer still sponsors you, ask them to give documents for stamping. If your employer wont give your documents, better file a new h1b petition.

Thanks for the reply rakesh ,can i apply for h1 even if my employer has not revoked the H1b , can i hold 2 h1b's at a time...

you can hold multiple h1bs at a time but have to work for only one employer at a time.
