HELP - need some guidance

I am a canadian citizen in the us working as a social worker on a TN visa. I'd like to switch to an H1B visa with the intention of getting a green card. When I first moved to the US over 10 years ago, I had an H1B visa for almost 3 years before I went to grad school in the US. I've been on a TN ever since I completed grad school. I cannot find my old H1B visa or any of the paperwork associated with it. Do I need to have my old H1B information to apply for a new one/renewal on the old one? Or can I just apply?

You don't need. You will need details of your earlier visits to US, though.
