If someone from outside USA marries a GC Holder, then can she stay legally in US with her husband??? If yes, then how?

GC Holder has completed 4yrs and 9 months of GC.

You will have to stay on your own legal status such as H1 visa, student visa.

Can that person make multiple B2 visits and stay with the GC Holder?
Or while the person has applied for Citizenship, can the wife make multiple B2 visits and stay with her husband?
