Hi I have already applied for my H1B and they ask for initial evidence. What if I can not submit that document on time? Will I get denied? and once I get denied can I file H1B with someboday else? Make sure I have a contract with the company who has filed H1B for me but I assume that contact will get over if I won't get the H1B approved. Can I file H1B with another employer simultaneously? Please help me as I want to get rid of the contract.
