H1B validity

I am on H1B visa Valid till 2010 sept now my employer is telling me to go back. I am having following questions.

1. Can I look for another job?
2. Upto what Time I can look for the job / stay in usa?

Any Sr member can advice me what to do??
What are the chances / way of coming back to usa.

I am on H1B visa Valid till 2010 sept now my employer is telling me to go back. I am having following questions.

1. Can I look for another job?
--Yes search job and initiate transfer to be in valid status. Do this immediately

2. Upto what Time I can look for the job / stay in usa?
--Immediately, no grace period. If you loose your status it is possible to get
H1 transfer approved but without an extension (I-94). Sooner is better.

Any Sr member can advice me what to do??
What are the chances / way of coming back to usa.

--Ofcourse, you can come back. Search for job from India and get transfer approved then go for stamping to come back to US
